Job summary

PT Solutions in Riverview, FL, seeks a Clinic Manager to lead an inpatient rehabilitation/acute care team. You will oversee patient care, clinic billing, and staff performance while ensuring compliance with each discipline’s guidelines.

The role emphasizes mentoring, collaboration, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate has CAPTE-accredited PT training, management experience, and current or pending state licensure, with AHA BLS certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE approved physical therapy program.
• Management experience preferred.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification from American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Develop and/or maintain and manage a highly functional team.

Compensation

Pay Range: $92,000-$115,000 per year (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
