Veracity Ventures Inc. is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) to lead nursing operations within an inpatient psychiatric hospital in New Baltimore, Michigan.

The ADON will support the DON/CNO in planning, coordinating, and supervising behavioral health services to ensure high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance. This leadership role requires strong psychiatric nursing expertise, inpatient leadership experience, and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• RN license valid in Michigan (compact eligibility ok).
• CPR certification required.
• De-escalation/restraint certification required.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience.
• Minimum 1 year leadership/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist DON/CNO in managing nursing operations and behavioral health services.
• Support quality improvement and patient safety programs.
• Supervise nursing staff and ensure clinical standards compliance.
• Oversee staffing and daily nursing operations.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Assist with budgeting and resource utilization.
• Participate in hiring, staff development, and training.
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
• Manage documentation and continuity of care processes.
• Intervene in crisis situations and investigate incidents.
• Prepare operational and quality reports for leadership.
• Support patient care delivery as needed.
• Participate in committees and organizational initiatives.
