Freedom Behavioral Hospital of Monroe seeks an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to help lead our psychiatry nursing team. The ADON will support the DON and oversee daily clinical operations, staffing, and quality initiatives in a fast-paced mental health environment.

Requirements include an active Louisiana RN license, at least five years of nursing experience and a minimum of three years in clinical psychiatric/mental health nursing, with MSN oversight preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Louisiana.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing with at least 3 years in psychiatric/mental health care.
• MSN oversight preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist DON with oversight of direct care nursing staff.
• Ensure safe staffing and adherence to protocols.
• Participate in QAPI processes and data tracking.
• Assist with admissions coordination and utilization/team communication.
• Support survey readiness and regulatory compliance.
