Peachford Hospital in Dunwoody, a 246-bed facility, is seeking a Director of Clinical Services to guide patient-centric strategies and ensure high-quality, cost-effective treatment aligned with UHS mission. The DCS will participate in strategic planning, lead clinical program development, and coordinate regulatory compliance across CMS, DSS, DHEC, DBHDD and JCAHO requirements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or Clinical Mental Health Counseling; licensure (LPC/LCSW) strongly preferred.
• 3–5 years of management experience in an inpatient behavioral health facility.
• Understanding of CMS, DSS, DHEC, DBHDD and JCAHO requirements.
• Experience developing psychiatric programs and treatment plans.
