Job summary

Peachford Hospital in Dunwoody, just outside Atlanta, seeks a Director of Clinical Services to lead clinical operations for inpatient behavioral health, guiding programs for adults, adolescents and seniors.

You will integrate a patient-centered therapeutic strategy, ensure delivery of high-quality, cost-efficient treatment, participate in strategic planning, and help align care with CMS, JCAHO and organizational goals.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years management experience in an inpatient behavioral health facility.
• Understanding of CMS, DSS, DHEC, DBHDD and JCAHO requirements.
• Experience developing psychiatric programs and treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical strategy and coordinate patient-centric care.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, cost-effective treatment in line with hospital mission and values.
• Participate in hospital strategic planning and contribute to institutional goals.
