Peachford Hospital in the greater Atlanta area seeks a Director of Clinical Services to join its Senior Leadership Team. The role focuses on integrating a patient-centric therapeutic strategy with high-quality, cost-effective treatment within the hospital’s mission and accreditation standards.

The DCS will participate in strategic planning, develop psychiatric programs and treatment plans, and ensure regulatory compliance while guiding clinical staff toward exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or Clinical Mental Health Counseling with licensure preferred.
• 3–5 years of management experience in an inpatient behavioral health facility.
• Understanding of CMS, DSS, DHEC, DBHDD and JCAHO requirements.
• Experience developing psychiatric programs and treatment plans.
