Peachford Hospital in Dunwoody, part of Universal Health Services, seeks a Director of Clinical Services to lead patient-centered care across our 246-bed psychiatric facility serving the greater Atlanta area for over 50 years.

The DCS will align clinical programs with CMS/JCAHO standards, drive high-quality, cost-effective treatment, and collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to advance strategic initiatives and program development within inpatient behavioral health services.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or Clinical Mental Health Counseling is required; licensure (LPC/LCSW) strongly preferred.
• 3-5 years management experience in an inpatient behavioral health facility.
• Understanding of CMS, DSS, DHEC, DBHDD and JCAHO requirements.
• Previous experience developing psychiatric programs and treatment plans.

Responsabilités

• Integrate and coordinate a patient-centric therapeutic strategy with a focus on patient care.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality and cost-effective treatment in line with hospital mission and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in the hospital's strategic planning and contribute to institutional goals and objectives through the clinical product.
