Job summary

Universal Health Services seeks a Director of Clinical Services at Peachford Hospital, Dunwoody (Atlanta area). The role spearheads patient-centered clinical strategy, aligning care delivery with the hospital’s mission and regulatory standards while driving program development and cost-efficient treatment.

The DCS will collaborate with senior leaders to advance psychiatric services, ensure quality metrics, and guide staff through complex regulatory requirements within a 246-bed inpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or Clinical Mental Health Counseling required; LPC/LCSW strongly preferred.
• 3-5 years management experience in an inpatient behavioral health facility.
• Understanding of CMS, DSS, DHEC, DBHDD and JCAHO requirements.
• Previous experience developing psychiatric programs and treatment plans.

• Lead patient-centric therapeutic strategy across the hospital.
• Collaborate with Senior Leadership to ensure high-quality, cost-effective treatment.
• Support strategic planning and clinical program development.
