Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse licensed by Wisconsin State Board of Nursing in good standing.

• Formal training in management of the aggressive patient within 60 days; annual recertification.
• Previous psychiatric experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Implement patient care in assigned patient load.
• Observe and document psychiatric and physical changes; monitor treatment responses.
• Administer medications accurately and transcribe physician orders.
• Identify safety risks; apply de-escalation techniques or restraints as needed.
• Collaborate with RN; participate in care planning and assessments.
