Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the clinical supervision of a Registered Nurse in an inpatient setting.
• Assist with activities of daily living, hygiene, and nutrition to promote independence.
• Participate in recovery team meetings and document patient progress in the electronic health record.
• Respond to crises using de-escalation techniques under RN supervision.
• Support safety and assist with medications monitoring and basic nursing tasks as assigned.
