Qualifications

• At least two years of work experience.
• One year of psychiatric patient experience or direct care required.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within first 60 days of employment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Attends work with regular schedule and may include rotating shifts/overtime.
• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision in inpatient setting.
• Document patient conditions, behaviors, and treatment in electronic record.
• Maintain direct therapeutic interactions to promote recovery goals.
• Participate in shift reports and recovery team meetings.
• Assist with activities of daily living and safety monitoring.
• Promote safety and de‑escalation during crises under RN guidance.
