Job summary

Qualifications

• High School/GED required or equivalent.
• Associate’s/Technical degree preferred.
• Two years in behavioral healthcare preferred.
• CNA, NCI, and TEAM/CPI certifications preferred.
• AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Implements psychosocial interventions and assists with ADLs.
• Conducts therapeutic activities and supports patient safety.
• Performs data collection and documents care information.
• Prepares charts, answers phones, and assists nursing staff.
• Supports patients and families with empathetic interaction.
