Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Texas RN license or Compact RN license.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• As a Procedural Registered Nurse, assess patients and prioritize their needs while creating and adjusting care plans.
• Evaluate nursing practices to ensure quality and effectiveness, including participation in quality improvement initiatives.
• Educate patients and staff; integrate teaching into care at all levels.
• Utilize systems thinking to solve problems for patients, families, and staff.
• Maintain professionalism and contribute to decision-making and a positive work environment.
