Join Baylor Scott & White Health as an RN Procedural Acute Dialysis nurse and provide specialized dialysis care to hospitalized patients in a collaborative, supportive environment. Work alongside experienced nurses, nephrologists, and multidisciplinary teams dedicated to exceptional patient outcomes.

Schedule:

Full-Time, Days

• 12-hour shifts per week

6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About The Unit:

11-bed inpatient dialysis department

Serves acute care and critically ill patients throughout the hospital

Patient Ratios:

Inpatient: 4:1

ICU: 2:1 or 1:1

As a Procedural Registered Nurse, work as a licensed professional using the nursing practice model to oversee patient care. Responsibilities include assessing patients, identifying nursing diagnoses, and developing personalized care plans. Regularly assess patient responses. Contributions help patients navigate healthcare safely by understanding their needs and the system. This prevents complications and delays. Delegate tasks based on Texas nursing laws, patient conditions, and staff skills.
