Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Temple, TX seeks an RN Procedural Acute Dialysis nurse for inpatient care. Full-time, days; 12-hour shifts; 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Work with nephrology and multidisciplinary teams in an 11-bed dialysis unit ensuring high-quality patient care.

Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, Texas RN or Compact license, and BLS. Dialysis training provided; opportunities for specialty skill development and career growth within a leading health system.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Texas RN license or Compact RN license.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and prioritize their needs; create and adjust care plans.
• Track indicators, participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Educate patients and staff; integrate education into care.
• Use systems thinking to solve problems for patients, families, and staff.
