Washington Regional Medical System in Fayetteville, AR is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to evaluate, plan, and implement PT services for hospital patients. The role supports mobility, safe discharge, and functional independence across diagnoses, working with physicians, nurses, and other therapies.

The position requires an Arkansas PT license, CPR certification, and hospital-based acute care experience is preferred.

Formación

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current Arkansas Physical Therapy license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Hospital-based acute care experience preferred.
• Experience with interdisciplinary care teams is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop plans of care.
• Provide interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and endurance.
• Reassess progress and adjust goals and discharge plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, OT, SLP, case management, and other team members.
• Maintain clinical documentation reflecting evaluation findings, progress, and discharge needs.
• Identify safety risks and adhere to infection prevention standards.
