Washington Regional Medical System in Fayetteville, AR is seeking a Physical Medicine Tech to support patient care under the supervision of licensed rehabilitation professionals. The role assists with therapeutic activities, prepares treatment areas, and helps maintain a safe, organized environment.

You will support patient flow, assist with transport and setup, document observations, and communicate changes to the licensed team.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
CPR certification required.
Experience in an acute care setting or as a therapy tech preferred.

Responsabilités

Maintain effective working relationships with patients, families, physicians, therapists, nursing staff, and other internal/external customers to support coordinated, high-quality care.
Assist licensed rehabilitation staff with patient care activities and therapeutic interventions as directed and within established scope of practice.
Prepare, clean, stock, and maintain treatment areas, equipment, and supplies to ensure a safe, organized, and efficient care environment.
Support patient flow by assisting with transport, set-up, positioning, and related therapy support activities while following safety protocols.
Observe and promptly communicate patient responses, status changes, equipment issues, or safety concerns to the appropriate licensed team member.
Complete required documentation and perform other job-related duties as assigned in accordance with department, regulatory, and organizational standards.
