The role involves providing comprehensive Physical Therapy services including evaluation, treatment planning, and patient education. The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an APTA approved program and hold a valid PT license for Arizona.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA approved four‑year bachelor’s degree program or foreign equivalent.
• Current PT License through the AZ Board of Physical Therapy.
• BLS Certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Recent experience working with an adult and geriatric population.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a Physical Therapy evaluation.
• Develop an individualized Plan of Care with functional goals.
• Provide appropriate therapeutic interventions.
• Document the course of patient care.
