Azkrmc is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist to join our Therapy Services Team in Kingman, AZ. Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA approved four-year bachelor’s degree program, or foreign equivalent.
• Current PT License through the AZ Board of Physical Therapy.
• BLS through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Recent experience working with an adult and geriatric population.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Physical Therapy evaluations and develop Plan of Care.
• Provide appropriate therapeutic interventions.
• Document patient care progress and needs.
• Communicate professionally with patients and families.
• Participate in continuing education activities.
