Job summary

Lowell General Hospital is seeking experienced per diem Physical Therapists to join our inpatient team at Lowell General Hospital's Main Campus & Saints Campus in Lowell, MA. You will evaluate and treat diverse patient populations using a range of therapies, and you may supervise other clinical staff to ensure efficient, high-quality care.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, PT license, and BLS certification, with eight years of PT experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
• Graduate of an approved physical therapy program
• Current Physical Therapy license in good standing
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Eight (8) years of PT experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise clinical staff within the physical therapy discipline.
• Evaluate and treat patients across pediatric to geriatric populations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to maximize function.
• Document all patient care in the medical record per policy and Joint Commission requirements.
• Coordinate with Manager/Director on scheduling and staffing as needed.
