Job summary

Mass General Brigham’s Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston is seeking a Staff Physical Therapist for inpatient acute care on a per diem basis. The role focuses on evaluating and treating patients across multiple adult populations with mentorship and ongoing education opportunities.

The successful candidate will hold Massachusetts licensure, graduate from an accredited PT program, and demonstrate strong communication and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team to promote optimal patient

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Must possess a current unrestricted license to practice physical therapy from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Experience with inpatient rehabilitation and multidisciplinary teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Examine and evaluate patient's physical therapy needs; develop a treatment plan to maximize function.
• Collaborate with health care team to ensure coordinated therapies.
• Supervise aides and students; participate in departmental activities and committees.
