Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current unrestricted Massachusetts Physical Therapy license.
• Ability to work with a broad age range from neonates to older adults.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients' PT needs and formulate treatment plans to maximize function.
• Collaborate with the care team to coordinate therapies.
• Triage, prioritize, and help manage admissions, referrals, and discharges.
• Manage assigned patient caseloads and contribute to program development.
• Supervise aides, students, and other clinical observers as appropriate.
• Participate in department meetings and committees to improve practice.
