Job summary

Kingman Regional Medical Center is seeking a Per Diem Occupational Therapist to join our Therapy Services Team for Outpatient and Inpatient care. The role focuses on comprehensive evaluation, treatment planning, and functional interventions in a collaborative interdisciplinary setting.

This position requires graduation from an OT program, active AZ OT license, BLS certification, and experience with adults and geriatrics.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an Occupational Therapy program.
• Licensure: AZ Board of Occupational Therapy license.
• Certification: BLS from AHA or Red Cross.
• Experience: Recent adult/geriatric patient care experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct an Occupational Therapy evaluation or screen.
• Develop an individualized Plan of Care with functional goals.
• Provide appropriate therapeutic interventions.
• Document patient care progress and treatment needs.
• Educate patients and families to support goals.
• Ensure compliance with policy, board, and Medicare rules.
• Participate in continuing education and staff activities.
• Support student programs and orientation as requested.
