Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current unrestricted license to practice physical therapy in Massachusetts.
• Excellent communication and clinical decision-making in a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities

• Examines and evaluates patient’s physical therapy needs and develops a treatment plan.
• Demonstrates competency in clinical knowledge and skills for assigned care.
• Collaborates with the health care team for coordinated therapies.
• Assists in triage, admissions, referrals, and discharges as assigned.
• Manages patient caseload and participates in professional development.
• Supervises aides and students as appropriate.
• Participates in departmental meetings and policy development.
