665 Carolinas Rehabilitation in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Physical Therapist for adult inpatient services. You will evaluate, plan, direct, and administer PT programs to restore function and independence after medical events.

Responsibilities include direct patient therapy seven days a week, documenting evaluations and treatment, coordinating with physicians, and supervising PTA and Rehab Tech/Aide as required for licensure.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy program required.
• NC license for Physical Therapy required.
• BLS required per policy guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Provides direct therapy services to patients admitted to a level of care where service provision is required 7 days a week, including holidays.
• Documents evaluations, tests, progress notes, daily treatment notes, attendance records, patient/family education, outcomes, discharge notes, and charges as needed.
• Communicates patient's evaluation and progress to physician, referral sources, and other clinical staff, coordinates patient's schedule and discharge planning.
• Provides supervision of PTA's and Rehab Tech/Aide as required for licensure.
