Job summary

Atrium Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to support 4 inpatient facilities and 3 acute care sites in the Charlotte area. The role involves age-appropriate patient care, evaluations, goal setting, and patient education within a collaborative care team.

Responsibilities

• Age-appropriate patient care according to age-specific needs.
• Evaluate patients and plan care using evidence-based PT interventions.
• Set functional goals and monitor outcomes with patient and caregivers.
• Educate patients and caregivers on diagnosis, treatments, and home programs.
• Communicate professionally with patients, families, and staff.
• Complete accurate documentation and comply with billing and coding rules.
