Job summary

HonorHealth seeks a Physical Therapist at Shea Medical Center in Scottsdale, AZ. The incumbent will evaluate, treat, and oversee physical therapy services for patients with functional limitations, promoting restoration of movement and daily living skills.

Responsibilities include developing care plans with patients and families, documenting progress, and coordinating with an interdisciplinary team. BLS and AZ PT license required; Bachelor's is mandatory with a Master’s/Doctorate preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current AZ Physical Therapy license or PT Compact license.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with physical disabilities.
• Develop and update care plans with patient/family.
• Document evaluations, treatment notes, and discharge summaries.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and case managers.
• Supervise therapy assistants and staff as needed.
