UMass Memorial Health Milford Regional seeks an experienced Physical Therapist to provide inpatient services for adults. This on-site role offers a per diem/part-time schedule with a day shift and weekend commitments at Milford Regional Medical Center in Milford, MA.

You will evaluate patients, plan and implement therapies, document progress, and collaborate with the care team to optimize rehabilitation outcomes and discharge planning.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited PT program.
• Current license to practice physical therapy in Massachusetts.
• Successful completion of National Physical Therapy Board Examination.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Administers therapy evaluations and develops treatment plans for adults and other identified populations.
• Analyzes data to assess current functional ability and progress; consults with physicians as needed.
• Provides individualized treatment including therapeutic exercises, ROM, manual therapy, and mobility training.
• Educates patients and families; participates in discharge planning and care coordination.
• Documents care, supports departmental operations, and assists with inventory as assigned.
