UMass Memorial Health is seeking a Physical Therapist at the Milford Regional Medical Center inpatient site. You will evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve function and mobility across pediatric to geriatric populations.

The role requires Massachusetts licensure, completion of the national exam, and strong communication with patients and caregivers; the position is full-time with day shifts and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Current license to practice physical therapy in Massachusetts; must obtain MA license within 6 months if out of state.
• Successful completion of National Physical Therapy Board Examination.

Responsabilités

• Administers therapy evaluations and develops treatment plans for patients across ages.
• Analyzes data and assesses current functional ability; discusses therapy options with physicians.
• Provides individualized treatment plans including exercises, ROM, neuromuscular education, and mobility training.
• Educates patients and families; participates in discharge planning and documents care in the medical record.
• Maintains department operations, assists with inventory and billing as needed.
