Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Evaluates, plans and performs treatments to alleviate physical dysfunction.
• Provides individualized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions.
• Educates patient and family members in therapy goals and progress.
• Documents care and participates in discharge planning and care continuity.
• Maintains a safe, organized clinical environment and assists with departmental duties.
