Responsibilities

• Provides direct therapy services to patients admitted for 7 days a week including holidays.
• Evaluates patients and develops treatment plans with modalities and education as warranted.
• Gathers and interprets data from medical records and reports to inform care.
• Documents evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries as needed.
• Communicates progress to physicians and other staff; coordinates schedule and discharge planning.
• Supervises PTA and Rehab Tech/Aide as required by licensure.
