Endeavor Health's Edward Hospital in Naperville seeks a Phlebotomist Inpatient for a full-time role. You will prepare, collect, log and label specimens for testing, and perform pre-analytical processing to ensure accurate results.

This position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, completion of a phlebotomy program with 100 clinical hours, CPR (BLS), and a valid Illinois driver's license. Schedule is 5am-1:30pm, Monday–Friday, with every other weekend and holiday rotations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and completion of a phlebotomy training program including 100 clinical training hours.
• Current CPR (BLS) issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Valid Illinois Driver's License and auto insurance.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, collect, log and label specimens for testing under supervision.
• Perform pre-analytical processing/ordering of specimens arriving in the lab.
• Register patient information and orders in the computer system.
• Arrange specimens for further processing by Laboratory staff.
