Qualifications

• Current Illinois Pharmacy Technician License is required.
• ASHP approved vocational course or student in college of pharmacy considered.

Responsibilities

• Prepare medications and supplies for dispensing under pharmacist supervision.
• Rotate through all work areas of the pharmacy department.
• Assist in training of new technicians and pharmacists.
• Prepare outpatient prescriptions and cashiering duties as needed.
