Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Current pharmacy technician certification and/or state license required.
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing pharmacy practice.
Responsibilities
- Assist pharmacist in collecting patient information and maintaining records.
- Prepare medication orders for dispensing and assist in compounding as allowed.
- Ensure appropriate supervision and verification by pharmacists.
- Maintain controlled substance inventories and support 340B/charging management.
- Communicate with caregivers and participate in quality and patient safety initiatives.
