Qualifications
- Minimum of six (6) months of pharmacy experience or current national pharmacy technician certification (PTCB or NHA).
- Licensed Pharmacy Technician per MN Board requirements; certification within 12 months of hire.
Responsibilities
- Prepare sterile products and chemotherapy using barcode tech, following USP 797/800.
- Support automated drug distribution and restocking of ADC units.
- Prepare and label medications, including oral extemporaneous products and bulk compounding.
- Perform quality assurance tasks: monitor expirations, cleaning, and discrepancy reporting.
- Repackage and label bulk meds; manage unit-dose packaging and expiration dating.
- Provide patient care support and other duties as assigned.
