Qualifications

• IV experience required; orientation hours: 16
• Minimum of 2 years in specialty required
• Valid state license in hand
• Certifications: Certified Registered, Registered, or Registered Trainee

Responsibilities

• 1.0 FTEs (40 hours/week) with rotating 1st and 2nd shifts
• Float within the hospital as needed
• Participate in on-call rotation when scheduled for a 1st shift
• Must be able to register with the state board of pharmacy prior to start date
• Travelers will be required to complete an additional background check and fingerprinting onsite on the first day
• Background policy stipulates no previous license issues
• Copy of certifications required in submission profile
• Specific charting experience in preferred systems is advantageous
