Qualificações

• Requires high school diploma.
• Massachusetts Board of Pharmacy registration or Massachusetts Pharmacy Intern License.
• Must have/maintain national technician certification through PTCB or exCPT within 6 months of start date.
• Experience: none required; 6 months–1 year preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Under the direct supervision of a pharmacist, provides safe pharmacy services and data entry for prescriptions.
• Prepares prescription orders: retrieves, counts, measures and prepares medications and solutions.
• Maintains inventory, monitors equipment, and communicates safety concerns to pharmacists.
• Participates in training, continuing education, and adherence to hospital policies.
