• Oversee all phases of Inpatient Pharmacy operations and supervise staff performance.
• Coordinate resources, schedules and inpatient clinical services with the Inpatient Clinical Supervisor.
• Develop performance standards, conduct appraisals, and manage awards/discipline; identify training needs.
