UnitedHealth Group's CPS unit is seeking a Pharmacist-in-Charge to lead daily pharmacy operations in a full-time role in Pennsylvania. You will verify medication orders, mentor staff, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while using Epic and Omnicell to support accurate dispensing.

Qualificações

• BA/BS degree from an ACPE-accredited pharmacy school.
• Current Pennsylvania Pharmacist license in good standing.
• Demonstrated proficient computer skills with pharmacy systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel up to 10%
• PharmD degree (preferred).
• 1+ years of recent acute care inpatient pharmacist experience (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Review, verify, and dispense medication orders to ensure appropriateness, safety, and accuracy
• Provide clinical pharmacy services, including medication therapy management and pharmacokinetic dosing and monitoring
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams to optimize medication regimens for hospitalized patients
• Monitor patient outcomes and medication safety, identifying and preventing adverse drug events
• Ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance, including DNV, state, and federal requirements
