Mountain View Hospital in Idaho Falls is seeking an Assistant Director of Pharmacy to assist the Director in planning, designing, operating and improving the inpatient medication management system. You will ensure compliance across age groups and direct procurement and inventory of pharmaceuticals.

This leadership role requires a PharmD, Idaho licensure, and at least one year in pharmacy leadership. You will collaborate with nursing and medical staff and supervise human resources functions to

Qualifikationen

PharmD degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
Current Idaho pharmacy licensure.
1+ year of pharmacy leadership experience.

Aid the Director in maintaining DEA and Idaho BOP licensure.
Plan, organize, and direct pharmacy operations for compliance.
Develop processes for drug utilization and medication management.
Prepare department budget and oversee expenditures.
Monitor purchasing and inventory control.
Lead HR functions including evaluations and staff development.
Coordinate with nursing and medical staff on patient care.
