Job summary
The Cleveland Clinic Health System's Marymount Hospital is seeking a Clinical Systems Analyst I to support inpatient pharmacy operations and automation systems. Based in Garfield Heights, the role partners with pharmacy leadership to optimize workflows, monitor controlled substances, and train staff in new applications.
You will work onsite Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, with participation in on-call rotations but no weekend or holiday shifts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
- One year of hospital or major medical center IT experience required.
- Alternative substitutions allowed as described.
- Experience with clinical information systems preferred.
- ITIL Foundations certification preferred within six months.
- Pharmacy or healthcare IT regulatory familiarity.
- Strong analytical skills and communication.
- Technical certification may be required.
Responsibilities
- Support inpatient pharmacy operations at Marymount Hospital.
- Serve as subject matter expert for pharmacy automation systems.
- Oversee daily and monthly controlled substance monitoring.
- Assist with workflow optimization and staff training.
- Collaborate with pharmacy leadership and enterprise peers.
- Participate in Medication Management meetings.
- Assist with end user documentation and training programs.
- Provide implementation support across the system development life cycle.
