Job summary

The Cleveland Clinic Health System is hiring a Clinical Pharmacist - Inpatient at Marymount Hospital in Garfield Heights. You will support centralized medication order verification, review and processing, and help address inpatient service workflows.

Careful documentation and adherence to accreditation standards are required. Minimum qualifications include a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy, active state RPh licensure, BLS, and ACLS/PALS; this role offers a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 and relocation

Qualifications

• Pharmacist with clinical/inpatient pharmacy experience.
• Ability to verify orders and dispense meds per regulations.
• Educate and train students, residents, and other caregivers.
• Document services timely and accurately; maintain accreditation standards.

Responsibilities

• Verify medication orders and dispense medications accurately per regulations.
• Provide clinical and operational pharmacy support across inpatient services.
• Document services in a complete, accurate and timely manner.
• Assist with pharmacy workflows and address department priorities.
• Provide occasional night coverage as needed.
