Job summary

Billings Clinic in Billings, MT seeks an Inpatient Pharmacy Clinical Coordinator to coordinate and optimize clinical pharmacy services in the inpatient setting. You will develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based medication-use protocols, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals.

You will lead quality improvement projects, support staff education, and contribute to policy development, regulatory readiness, and medication safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with interdisciplinary teams, staff education, and patient counseling.
• Solid pharmacotherapy knowledge across inpatient populations.
• Experience with Critical Care medicine and high-acuity settings.
• Ability to engage in research, quality improvement, and DDI prevention.
• PharmD from an accredited institution; ASHP PGY1 residency preferred.
• Board certification or eligibility preferred; Montana license in good standing.

Responsibilities
