Job summary

Billings Clinic, Montana's largest health system, invites a Director of Pharmacy to lead Pharmacy Services at the main campus and regional sites. You will ensure compliance, drive strategic initiatives, and oversee operations, staffing, and budget.

As Pharmacist-In-Charge, you will collaborate with physicians and hospital leadership, expand services, and maintain licensure and regulatory standards while mentoring a talented team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 year / Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
• Residency-trained in pharmacy administration or related clinical experience, preferred.
• Licensed Pharmacist in Montana at hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership within Billings Clinic Pharmacy Services.
• Develop the strategy and programmatic elements of Pharmacy Services across sites.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards.
• Lead budgeting, financial management, and resource planning for the department.
• Collaborate with physicians and hospital leadership to expand pharmacy services.
