Billings Clinic in Billings, Montana, is seeking a Pharmacy Quality and Compliance Specialist to lead quality and process improvement initiatives in pharmacy operations, ensuring safety and regulatory readiness across the medication-use system. You'll collaborate with leadership, manage end-to-end projects, maintain ISO9001/documents, and monitor compliance with CMS, DNV, and other accrediting bodies.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 Year / Associate Degree in related field
• Preferred 4 Year / Bachelor’s degree
• Three (3) years of experience preferably in a hospital, pharmacy, quality, regulatory, accreditation, or patient safety setting.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating projects, process improvement initiatives, or regulatory readiness activities.
• Experience with auditing, compliance monitoring, data collection, documentation management, and corrective action follow-up.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Manage multiple end-to-end projects through the full life cycle and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
• Oversee compliance database systems, provide guidance on quality and process improvement initiatives, and assist with priorities and timelines.
• Serve as a team facilitator and driver of change for assigned projects.
• Develop, implement and maintain tracer program to ensure medication process expectations are met and coordinate inspections.
• Collaborate with pharmacy leadership to align goals with the department's strategic plan.
• Maintain document control for the department in accordance with ISO9001 standards.
