Job summary

Jefferson Healthcare in Port Townsend, WA is seeking an Inpatient Pharmacist to join our hospital pharmacy team. This per diem role supports patients, staff, and the community with high-quality pharmaceutical care.

Requirements include a PharmD or BS, WA license in good standing, BLS, ACLS within one year, and 5 years hospital/retail experience preferred. Schedule: 8–16 hours per week, day shift; flexible days. We offer competitive wages, shift differential pay, and a commitment to diversity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science/Doctor of Pharmacy required.
• Current Washington State Pharmacy License in good standing.
• Current Washington State Pharmacy preceptor preferred.
• 5 years of hospital and/or retail pharmacy and clinical pharmacy preferred.
• Computer experience with pharmacy systems preferred.
• American Heart Association BLS Certification required.
• ACLS Certification (Inpatient) is required within one year of date of hire.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient Pharmacist provides support to patients, staff, and the community as part of the pharmacy team.
• Collaborates with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective medication use.
