Job summary

Jefferson Healthcare is seeking an experienced full-time Pharmacist to join our community-focused pharmacy team in Port Townsend, WA. The ideal candidate will support patients, staff, and the community while upholding the highest standards of pharmaceutical care and patient outcomes.

The role requires a BS in Pharmacy (Doctorate preferred), a current WA license, and 2 years of hospital/retail experience. BLS, immunization certification within 90 days, and computer proficiency with pharmacy

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required.
• Doctorate in Pharmacy preferred.
• Current Washington State Pharmacy License in good standing.
• 2 years of hospital and/or retail pharmacy and clinical pharmacy preferred.
• Computer experience with pharmacy systems preferred.
• American Heart Association BLS Certification required.
• Certification in immunization administration required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to patients, staff and the community as part of the pharmacy team.
• Contribute to high-quality patient outcomes through pharmaceutical care and counseling.
• Be an integral part of Jefferson Healthcare's pharmacy team with opportunities for growth.
