Harborview Medical Center’s Pharmacy Department seeks a Clinical Staff Pharmacist — ICU Float to support critical care services in Seattle.
You will provide pharmacotherapeutic recommendations, participate in direct patient care, and contribute to drug distribution, education, and practice management for acute care patients.
This role requires Washington state pharmacist license and hospital pharmacy experience, with rotating shifts in a Level I trauma center.
The Harborview - Pharmacy Department has an outstanding opportunity for a Clinical Staff Pharmacist — ICU Float.
State of Washington Pharmacist License and one year of experience in hospital pharmacy practice. Months spent in the completion of an American Society of Health System Pharmacists accredited residency training program may substitute month-for-month for the required experience.
