Avita Health System is seeking an Inpatient Staff Pharmacist for the 2nd shift (Mon-Thu, 12:30 pm – 11:00 pm). The role includes reviewing medication orders, performing therapeutic monitoring, and providing drug information to clinical staff.

You will supervise technicians and ensure accurate dispensing of sterile and non-sterile products, including hazardous drugs. Applicants must hold an Ohio pharmacist license, have a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications.

Formación

• Active Ohio Pharmacist license in good standing.
• Graduate from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Doctor of Pharmacy degree or Bachelor of Science degree of equivalent.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS provider certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Review and verify medication orders and conduct clinical reviews.
• Perform therapeutic monitoring and complete pharmacy consults.
• Provide drug information to clinical staff.
• Perform centralized inpatient and hospital department tasks including final product verification.
• Dispense sterile and non-sterile compounded drugs and hazardous drugs.
• Supervise and direct pharmacy technicians, interns, and support staff.
