Avita Health System is seeking an Inpatient Staff Pharmacist to review and verify medication orders, perform clinical reviews, and monitor therapies. You will support centralized inpatient operations, including sterile and hazardous drug preparation, and provide drug information to clinical staff.

You will supervise pharmacy technicians and interns, ensuring high standards of patient safety and compliance. Ohio licensure, pharmacy degree, and provider certifications are required as listed above.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Pharmacist in good standing in Ohio.
• Graduated from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Doctor of Pharmacy degree or Bachelor of Science degree of equivalent.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (provider)

Responsabilités

• Reviews and verifies medication orders and conducts clinical reviews.
• Performs therapeutic monitoring and provides drug information to clinical staff.
• Conducts centralized pharmacy operations for inpatient and ancillary departments including sterile/non-sterile products and hazardous drugs.
• Supervises and directs pharmacy technicians, interns, and support personnel.
